- That darn inner voice! It takes practice, but learn to listen to the little voice inside. Your passion can come as a whisper.
- Keep your eyes open to crisis. Are you in a job grind? Spending free time on something you love? Appraise your happiness and be aware of where you stand.
- Dwell in your possibilities. Passion could lead you in many different directions, so explore your life and unearth all of the things that bring joy in your life.
- Tune out the voice of the world. First we told you to listen to that inner voice, now we ask you to tune out that outer voice. Take a leap of faith and trust yourself instead.
- Decide what type of person you are going to be. Rather than focusing on what you want to do, think in terms of what kind of person you would like to be. Let this guide you.
- Carry your heart to your work like you do in play. You’ve heard it before, do what you love. Have the courage to find a profession that you love.
- Trust the change. Change is a natural and often difficult part of life. Please do not be afraid to change because of your experiences.
- Take the first step. Destiny cannot help you until you are willing to help yourself by taking that first step. Even if it is a baby step.

gazillion different studies tell us that people who meditate everyday are far
happier than those who do not. I guess they are also healthier, live longer, and
(get this) are smarter! It seems those who meditate have a sense of well-being
is much higher than that of non-meditators. In fact, meditators are so much
healthier that there are even some insurance companies charging lower premiums
for those that meditate than for the general population. So why doesn't everyone
