Whether you are a believer, an atheist, an agnostic, or a clever mix of all three, you are welcome! Your point of view can be serious, absurd, even bordering on completely nuts. However, the following two things are essential to this dialogue: respect and an open mind.
Respect: you may defend your opinion and try to prove the falsity of another, but it is forbidden to attack its author directly. Fascism and generalisations are strictly verboten!
An open mind: if you can't handle having your convictions being put into question, this might not be the place for you. For this same reason, a sense of humour is highly recommended! If your beliefs forbid their being made fun of, you might not want to participate in this dialogue.

Wheather your an Atheist, a
Wheather your an Atheist, a Goth, or you really are Death, you kinda have a good "opinion". I like your whole "opinion" that we spend a great deal of our efforts trying to avoid Death. However i dont understand how it can be hard to live without Death. I think it would be the compete opposite, And I understand how it gives importance and value to time, but what really is "time", something us humans came up with, time really doesn't have a meaning.(think about it hard before yo call me stupid) But back to Death, how do we know its bad? maybe its good, maybe its both. It may seem bad at the time because you might never see that "thing" ever again but that still doesent make it bad.
So basicily ive had all these thoughts for a while, and i came across this giganticly long named site and read around for a while. I came across your "opinion" and thought wow so...deep. So i figgured ide leave a comment and hopeflly someone would reply telling me that im a deep thinker as well or, atleast tell me go to hell. i just want a response.
So be it :) Did you ever
So be it :)
Did you ever think about that maybe it's not time that passes but our consciousness passes through the different universes which are constantly separated by time?
Or did you ever think about that if you wouldn't have to die but you could live forever, then you'd be able to see the true meaning of life, as well as the eternal God does see it? But you can't imagine it until you don't believe 100% in all your billions of cells that you will live as long as you want to...
Just imagine how beautiful life would be if you wouldn't have to suffer, fear or hate anymore because you'd know for sure that you will be able to reach everything. There would be no more competition for you. You'd realize that creation is just about creation. Creation itself gives the meaning. And when you live forever - you can create whatever you want. This giving, creating, the will for something to exist or become better, this is what we usually call the emotion of love. And this is the only thing you'll keep even if you'll never die.
Oh, for gods sake! ...
